	On-the-job training The Library/Information Services Industry Training Package provides the opportunity for employees to gain nationally recognised qualifications on the job. Government funding, including employer incentives, is available for eligible staff. What can DocMatrix do for you? DocMatrix is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) certified in the ACT and NSW to provide training, assess, and issue qualifications in: Certificate II in Library/Information Services Certificate III in Library/Information Services Certificate IV in Library/Information Services We offer on-the-job Assessment of the existing skills of your staff against these national qualifications Training to achieve the skills needed to attain these qualifications Award of a nationally recognised Certificate Reporting achievement of the qualifications to the ACT or NSW training authority. Mutual recognition DocMatrix will accept and mutually recognise the qualifications and statements of attainment awarded by any other Registered Training Organisation. Learning materials DocMatrix has developed packs of print material for Certificates II, III and IV in Library/Information Services. Each pack consists of a folder of checklists and assistance with evidence-gathering and recognition, and learning material for trainees; and A folder of guidance for trainers and supervisors. RTOs and individuals can buy the materials to use in their training programs, or for personal use.
